At Qorlyven S.A.S. ("Qorlyven", "we" or "the company") we handle the personal data of our users with special care. This document describes what data we collect through qorlyven.com, the purposes for which we use it, on which legal basis, and which rights you can exercise under Argentine Law No. 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the regulations issued by the Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Qorlyven S.A.S., CUIT 30-71698245-3, with legal address at Av. del Libertador 5678, Floor 12, Suite 1201, C1428 Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina. For privacy matters, please write to privacy@qorlyven.com.
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form we only collect your name, email address and the message you wish to send us. While you browse the site we may also collect, insofar as you have given consent, technical data such as truncated IP address, device identifier, pages visited and session duration.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your data to answer your enquiries, to contact you with information about our real estate crowdlending flows in Argentina when you have requested it, to comply with legal obligations before the CNV, the UIF and the AFIP, and to improve site performance and security.
4. Legal basis
The applicable legal bases are your free, express and informed consent, the company's legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and preventing fraud, and compliance with the legal obligations set out in Argentine regulations.
5. Retention of data
We retain data for a maximum of 24 months from the last contact, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for longer. After that period data are anonymised irreversibly.
6. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share information with technology providers that act as processors (for example, email, cloud hosting and analytics services), always under contract and with adequate security measures. If any of these providers is located outside Argentina, we adopt safeguards equivalent to local ones.
7. Rights of data subjects
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion, objection and portability. To do so, write to privacy@qorlyven.com. You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information.
8. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including in-transit encryption, access control and continuous monitoring.
9. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or service improvements. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the last update.
