Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 February 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which types we use on qorlyven.com and how you can manage your preferences, in line with the requirements of Argentine Law No. 25,326 and the European best practices we voluntarily apply.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in the visitor's browser or device. They are used to remember preferences, measure how the site is used and, when you consent to it, to personalise advertising communication.
2. Categories we use
At Qorlyven we distinguish between strictly necessary, functional, analytics and advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are activated without your consent; the rest remain disabled by default and are only enabled when you indicate so in the banner or in the preferences panel.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with a default denied state for advertising and analytics. This means that Google Ads and Google Analytics respect your choice: if you do not accept, no cookies are activated and no advertising identifiers are sent. We also apply ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough to reinforce the privacy of the signals shared with Google.
4. Duration
Cookies can be session-based, expiring when you close the browser, or persistent, with a maximum duration of 13 months. In no case do we keep advertising identifiers longer than strictly necessary.
5. How to manage your preferences
You can accept all, reject all or manage preferences from the cookie banner that appears on your first visit. At any time you can re-open the panel from the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings.
6. Consequences of rejection
If you reject all non-essential cookies, the site will remain fully functional, but we may lose aggregate statistical information that helps us improve the experience. Advertising, in that case, will be shown in a non-personalised format.
7. Updates
We will update this policy whenever the services we use or the applicable regulations change. We recommend that you review it periodically.
